Retro sweater
The Retro sweater is worked top-down, in the round with a classic raglan increase and with a texture in front and back. Sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch after the body on double pointed needles or, if you like, using the magic loop method. The texture is easy, consisting of knit and purl stitches only. The idea popped into my head while watching a TV show that takes place in the 1940s and everyone was wearing such lovely knitted sweaters. I recommend reading the entire pattern before you start.
