Gullid mitt - cardigan
Gullid mitt (Eng. my precious one) cardigan is worked top down, flat with a classic raglan increase and lace stitches knitting in front and back. Sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch with double pointed needles or, if you like, the magic loop method. The button bands are worked last, after picking up the edge stitches on the front opening. This cardigan has the same lace stitch as in the newborn set, just worked with bigger needles, different yarn and in bigger sizes – so it is perfect for older siblings.
