They were works of art, really, knitted on very fine needles, and many of them were quite large. Those memories inspired the Gullbrá Baby Blanket, whose pattern is reminiscent of those old lace doilies. The blanket is soft, warm, and square, so it can be folded like an envelope—perfect for wrapping around a little one. It is worked in the round in a beautiful lace pattern, finished with a seed-stitch border. The pattern includes two versions: a finer version and a heavier version.
