Doppa sweater
I get ideas from all around me. My sister, the mother of the super cute children who model for me all the time, asked me a while ago if I could knit a dotted sweater. Since then, I have thought constantly about how to make it work and Doppa is the finalized product from all that thinking. Doppa is the perfect sweater for all children, and it is easy to play with colors any way you like. All the dots can be the same color, one or two rows in the same color, none in the same color or just how you like it best. That is why we can say that Doppa is the perfect leftover yarn sweater as you only need approx. 3 – 7 g of yarn for each line of dots on the body.
How is your Doppa?
Doppa is worked top-down, in the round with a classic raglan increase. Single color in the yoke but a lining in the neck ribbing as well the ribbing on body and sleeves. Stranded knitting dotted pattern on the body. The instructions include two types of sleeves, with and without dots. I recommend reading the pattern before you start.
